JOB DETAILS:

ICT Trainer

Key Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in BBIT, ICT, IT, or a related field
• Diploma in Pedagogy / Education with relevant certification
• TVETA License will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in teaching or training in ICT-related programs
• Strong understanding of CBET approaches, programs, and requirements
• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• High level of reliability, flexibility, and effectiveness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for training and learner development
• Ability to work with diverse student groups and meet varied learning needs
