The AERC is looking for an IT administrator to be responsible for effective user support, provisioning, installation operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or computer science.
• IT project implementation, PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• System Administration/System Engineer certifications in Microsoft. ITIL foundation certification
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft CRM and Power BI implementation and administration.
• Experience in systems and network security. CISSP certification is preferred.
• Experience in administering Office 365, Azure, AWS and Google cloud infrastructure and services.

Experience

• At least Five years IT administration, system administration or related experience.
