An IT Assistant provides essential technical support by installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and assisting users with technical challenges.

Providing first-line technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of software and applications. Monitoring IT systems and report any irregularities or outages to senior IT staff.
Understanding of networking, system administration, and IT security basics.
A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
