Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Coordinator with expertise in software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate must be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills for effective end-user support and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing system outages.
• Offer technical support to guests regarding software/hardware complaints.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on PC workstations and laptops.
• Ensure users have appropriate access to computer systems and that workstations function properly.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of all software and information stored in the hotel.
• Adhere to company policies related to the security and operation of computer systems to ensure business safety and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical problems related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Operate and integrate computer systems and peripheral equipment (e.g., printers) through commands and controls.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Information Technology or Computer Science (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hotel management systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and network configuration (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in shifts.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
