Job Summary

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems, and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 7 years’ ICT experience, including at least 3 years in management
• Strong experience in networks, systems administration and cybersecurity
• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, backups and business continuity
• Multi-branch retail, FMCG or distribution experience is an added advantage
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA or cybersecurity certifications are desirable
