Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and support our global operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing our IT systems, ensuring data security, and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve operations.
• Manage IT budget and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience working in a non-profit organization is desirable.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.
