Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in IT support or administration, preferably in logistics or similar industry.
- Proficiency in network management, hardware/software maintenance, IT security, and system upgrades.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to IT management.
