Responsibilities

  • Maintain a customer-first attitude at all times.
  • Keep shared spreadsheets updated for all involved teams.
  • Update and transfer data from tickets to spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with teams for updates and changes to processes, tickets, and documents.
  • Serve as liaison between teams, maintaining records of meetings and documents.
  • Support newly hired employees to ensure an excellent first-day experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a team environment.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with multiple levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to write effectively for various audiences and tones.
  • Skilled in creating documentation such as SOPs, end-user guides, and multi-team documents.
  • Strong Excel and data tracking abilities.
  • High technical aptitude and quick learner of new tools and concepts.
  • Proficient with ADManager, Endpoint Central, Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Power BI.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and innovate processes.
