We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless system operations and delivering exceptional support to our internal and external customers.

- Respond to customer issues within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Provide immediate, on-demand technical support to customers. - Collaborate with system developers to identify and resolve emerging system issues. - Automate repetitive daily tasks to enhance support efficiency. - Generate and distribute system reports upon request from various departments. - Undertake minor development tasks as assigned by the IT Manager. - Monitor IT systems to maintain a 99.99% service uptime and ensure optimal service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js). - Solid understanding of Database Management Systems, especially MySQL. - Experience with Linux systems administration. - Ability to provide effective IT support to technical users. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Willingness to work in shifts.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
