- Support data protection and compliance settings across the M365 tenant.
- Use Microsoft Intune to deploy and manage Windows devices, including Autopilot provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application packaging.
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security baselines and patching policies; support remediation of vulnerabilities and non-compliant devices.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless, in partnership with the broader team.
- Monitor network performance and security using monitoring tools; test for weaknesses and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions for new and existing sites.

- Apply industry-standard security practices (e.g., CIS or NIST-aligned baselines) across identity, endpoint, and network systems.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to runbooks, standards, and change management.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and help with helpdesk tickets as needed.
- Travel to company locations as needed to install and configure hardware.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s technology needs.
