JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day IT support within the manufacturing plant
- Support hardware and software troubleshooting
- Assist in system maintenance and user support
- Help monitor network and system performance
- Document IT issues and resolutions
- Support ERP or production-related systems (if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Mandatory)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (Internship or attachment acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and networking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Hours: 8
