O Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
O Proven experience in teaching or working in the ICT sector.
O Proficiency in programming, networking, systems, and ICT tools.
O Strong communication and facilitation skills.
O KsTVET Certification is an added advantage.
Additional Job Description (Typical ICT Teaching Role):
- Develop and deliver high-quality ICT curricula for students, ensuring alignment with industry standards and KsTVET requirements.
- Teach courses in programming (e.g., Python, Java), networking (CCNA/CompTIA), database management, and hardware/software systems.
- Mentor students in practical projects, internships, and certification preparations.
- Collaborate with industry partners to update course content with emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity).
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to enhance student performance.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to institutional growth initiatives.
