Job Summary

The National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) is seeking an experienced IT & Data Analyst to manage IT systems, provide technical support, and analyze data to support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience with enterprise systems and data tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and systems administration.
• Manage and analyze data using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Maintain and optimize enterprise systems and ERP platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability.
• Generate reports and insights to support organizational goals.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
