JOB DETAILS:
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field
At least 4 years' experience in sales (preferably in-house or office-based)
Strong leadership, team management, commercial acumen, results orientation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer management, negotiation skills
Loyal, innovative, able to work independently and in a team
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in strategic business planning
Lead, coach, manage in-house sales team
Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maximize conversion rates (walk-in customers, inbound calls, Lipa pole pole orders)
Ensure follow-up on open quotations and inbound leads
Manage HQ showroom, resolve escalations, enforce SOPs
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: bachelor degree
