Job Purpose

To provide strategic leadership in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This role combines strategic thinking with relationship building to fuel Institutional growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field

Over 3 years of business development, sales, or strategic partnership experience

Proven track record of identifying and closing strategic partnerships or business opportunities

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in business case development

Excellent negotiation and communication skills with C-level executives and key stakeholders

Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and business intelligence tools

Strong presentation and proposal development skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
