Quality Control: Ensuring consistent taste, portion sizes, and presentation of dishes. Staff Management: Training and supervising junior kitchen staff. Menu Planning: Assisting with menu planning and developing new recipes. Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Experience: Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef or in a similar role. Education: Certification from a culinary school is preferred but not always mandatory. Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, commitment to quality, organizational skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work long hours.
