Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
• Coordinate with program teams to identify communication needs and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance
• Develop creative ways to document programmatic processes, successes, and achievements(e.g.through photos/infographics/case stories, in periodic newsletters, brochures, briefs, website, socialsites, etc.)
• Develop and update communication templates and guidelines as needed.
• Store, sort, and maintain a database of photographs of projects and their activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Be a Kenyan citizen
• Degree Holder in Mass Communications in possession of the following skills:
• Videographer, Writer and a Photographer

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
• Coordinate with program teams to identify communication needs and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
