Responsibilities or duties

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Analyst, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Information Technology System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, identifying enhancements, and ensuring system efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include performing systems analysis, providing technical support, addressing troubleshooting needs, and collaborating with teams to optimize IT systems across the organization. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of effective IT solutions to meet the bank's strategic goals.

Qualifications or requirements

• Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Information Technology to assess and design effective system solutions.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex problems and propose well-reasoned solutions.
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system issues efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with financial systems and banking industry processes is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
