Responsibilities or duties
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Analyst, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Information Technology System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, identifying enhancements, and ensuring system efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include performing systems analysis, providing technical support, addressing troubleshooting needs, and collaborating with teams to optimize IT systems across the organization. Qualifications or requirements

- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system issues efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with financial systems and banking industry processes is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
