JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Krones and Nestsal injection moulding machines for the production of preforms and caps.
• Adjust machine parameters as needed to ensure optimal performance and consistent product quality.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, perform minor maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues with the injection moulding machines.
• Ensure that all moulded products meet the required specifications by conducting basic quality control inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of production volumes, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with company and safety standards.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a plastics manufacturing environment, specifically with preform and cap injection moulding processes.
• Proven experience operating Krones and/or Nestsal injection moulding machines will be a strong advantage.
• A solid understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting techniques, and quality assurance practices in injection moulding.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
