We are seeking a strategic and creative Innovation & Business Intelligence Lead to champion transformative growth within our Outdoor Advertising division. This role will play a pivotal part in reimagining how we generate revenue by developing new ideas, formats, partnerships, and business models, all grounded in data-driven insights.
As a key change agent, you will identify untapped opportunities, optimize current performance using analytics, and lead cross-functional initiatives that align innovation with business outcomes.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to bring to life new products and strategies that elevate our commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovation Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the innovation roadmap aligned to company growth objectives and changing market demands.
- Build, mentor, and manage a small, agile innovation team with capabilities in creative technology, data, design, and product development.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, customer-centricity, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Use data and insights to identify new business opportunities, products, and consumer trends.
- Oversee market research and user testing initiatives to validate concepts and solutions.
- Create models to assess the commercial viability and ROI of new initiatives.
- Design Thinking & Ideation
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Translate customer pain points and business challenges into scalable OOH solutions.
- Guide rapid prototyping and iterative development of new ad products, formats, or tech-enabled services.
- Business Partnerships & Commercialization
- Develop strategic partnerships with OOH Media houses, media tech companies, urban tech vendors, or ecosystem players to co-create and pilot new solutions.
- Lead business case development and go-to-market strategy for new innovations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure commercial success and smooth execution.
- Transformation & Change Management
- Act as a change agent, aligning innovation with operational reality and stakeholder needs.
- Stay on top of global OOH trends, media consumption shifts, and urban innovations.
- Report to leadership on key innovation KPIs, pipeline progress, and commercial outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in innovation, strategy, product development, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience in advertising, creative agencies, AdTech, media, or urban mobility/tech sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to transformative projects and building cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in design thinking, human- centred design, and agile methodologies.
- Solid grasp of data analytics, market research, and using insights for concept validation.
- Demonstrated experience in partnership development and managing external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
