We are looking for an Insurance Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in working with insurance portals, client onboarding, and account management. This role plays a key part in ensuring successful payer portal integrations and a seamless onboarding experience for healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Access and manage insurance payer portals for healthcare clients
  • Create, configure, and maintain administrator and collector accounts
  • Coordinate login credentials and user access across multiple payer platforms
  • Support new client onboarding by obtaining and validating insurance access information
  • Connect payer portal accounts to internal systems and dashboards
  • Verify successful integrations and troubleshoot portal access issues
  • Maintain accurate records of credentials, permissions, and account statuses
  • Communicate with clients to obtain required documentation and access information
  • Track onboarding milestones and update internal systems accordingly
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Investigate and resolve login, connectivity, and access-related issues

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare administration, insurance coordination, customer onboarding, account management, or a related field
  • Experience working with web-based systems and online portals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication English skills (C1)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with healthcare insurance payer portals
  • Knowledge of medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations
  • Experience in SaaS onboarding or Customer Success environments
  • Familiarity with credential management and user access administration
