Role Summary:

HFCB Kenya has an exciting new position for an Integration Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions to connect various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions.
  • Connect various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Implement and manage APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Ensure system interoperability and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Document integration processes and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in integration engineering, systems integration, or API development.
  • Strong knowledge of integration platforms, middleware, APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA, or similar).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
