Neso is a growing kitchen and interior solutions company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We specialize in modern built-in kitchen appliances and are expanding into residential and commercial interior projects, including kitchens, offices, reception areas, and showrooms.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Design & Project Lead who can design, coordinate, and deliver projects from start to finish.

This hybrid role combines:

  • Kitchen design
  • Interior design
  • Project management
  • Costing support

You will take ownership of projects, ensure quality execution, and work closely with clients and the installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design functional, modern kitchens and interiors for residential and commercial spaces
  • Take site measurements, prepare layouts, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare material estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support project costing
  • Coordinate and lead a small team of installers and carpenters during installation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards
  • Present designs and guide clients through material and layout options
  • Support pricing and quotation preparation (final pricing approved by management)

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in kitchen design, interior design, or fit-out projects
  • Strong practical design and space planning skills
  • Experience managing small teams or overseeing project execution
  • Good communication skills for client presentations and team coordination
  • Understanding of cabinetry, materials, and finishes
  • Proficient in SketchUp; AutoCAD is a plus
  • Practical, solution-oriented, and organized

Parklands, Nairobi, Kenya
