Background

Innovision BD is seeking an Intern for its Inclusive Financial Solutions (IFS) program. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial sector, focusing on inclusive financial services.

Responsibilities

The intern will be involved in various aspects of the IFS program, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with research and data collection on financial inclusion initiatives.
• Supporting the development and implementation of financial products and services.
• Contributing to report writing and presentation preparation.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their financial needs.
• Performing administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A keen interest in financial inclusion and development.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required, as this is an internship position. However, relevant academic projects or volunteer work will be considered an asset.
