ROLE SUMMARY

Working alongside experienced teachers, the Intern/Teaching Assistant will support classroom delivery, assist with learning resources, and provide direct student support. This role is ideal for those looking to build a career in education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support lead teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials, visual aids, and learning resources
  • Provide targeted one-on-one or small-group support to students
  • Help manage classroom routines and maintain a productive learning environment
  • Assist with marking, record-keeping, and student progress tracking
  • Participate in school activities, events, and professional development sessions
  • Uphold school values, safeguarding policies, and code of conduct

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree or diploma in Education or a relevant subject area
  • Recent graduates and those awaiting TSC registration are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient, enthusiastic, and committed to student development
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Familiarity with IGCSE or IB curricula is an added advantage.
