Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
• CPA qualification ( CPA K)
• Experience in stock audits or retail/hardware environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and investigative skills
• Honest, organized, and able to work independently
• Good report writing and communication skills

Main Duties

• Carry out regular audits in stores and departments
• Monitor stock movement and identify variances
• Compare physical stock against system records
• Review cash handling and operational procedures
• Prepare audit findings and practical recommendations
• Help strengthen internal controls and reduce losses
• Ensure company procedures are being followed consistently
