Role Purpose

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly competent Internal Legal Officer to provide legal advisory services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage contracts, and mitigate legal risks across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Law
  • Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate.
  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate legal role, preferably within pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Provide legal advisory services
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage contracts
  • Mitigate legal risks across the organization
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
