Responsibilities or duties
Documentation of Inbound and Outbound stock movements in the relevant warehouse management systems.
Timely and accurate picklist generation based on FIFO, FEFO (first to expire, first out) and Batch numbers for order processing.
Perform daily warehouse management system check to ensure products correct status for put-away, expiry date, lot, locks, quality.
Participate in monthly stock-takes and reporting
Perform spot checks on operational documentation adherence as per the established SOP
Ensure that daily cycle count schedules are adhered to and reports indicating inventory accuracy shared.
Assist in maintaining 100% stock accuracy at the locations through cycle count activities physically and system wise.
Generate or split move iLPNs for damaged products at the reserve locations.
Lock all iLPNs with damages, quality code and escalations done in real time.
Ensure all Staged orders are ship confirmed and closed at the end of every shift.
Performs other related and assigned duties as assigned by the line manager.
Carry out all delegated tasks from higher authority and relevant warehouse management.
Abide by SOP and QHSE regulations.
Record damages / losses / surpluses of stock and report to relevant warehouse Supervisor, inventory Analyst and inventory controller.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
2 years of relevant work experience in a Warehouse/Logistics environment.
Knowledge in use of WMS-SPEED.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Studies or equivalent.
