Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Controller to join our Finance team in Animal feed Manufacturing sector. The job holder is responsible for controlling all aspects of inventory within the company and ensuring transparency, accuracy, and integrity of the overall inventory management

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using tally system
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Verify received goods documentation from receiving clerk
• Conduct daily FG and Raw material reconciliations
• Issue consumable items from the store i.e Motor vehicle spare spare, Machinery spare parts and all stored items
• Maintain records for issued items for future reference; BY filling physical signed documents and posting on Erp system.
• Conduct raw material stockout analysis
• Preparing the necessary reports as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to the warehouse SOPs and maintaining safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Key Requirements:

• Degree in BCom – Finance option/ Accounting
• At least 3 years’ experience as a stock /Inventory controller
• Experience in Tally ERP systems, Computer Skills
• Good Financial Acumen, Cost Management skills
