Company Overview

Power Vision Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management within the telecommunications, electronics, FMCG, retail, or distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee inventory control and stock reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
  • Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory accounting standards and policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • CPA Part II or CPA(K) will be an added advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory control within the telecommunications, electronics, FMCG, retail, or distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
