Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control inventory movement within the central kitchen operations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of inventory items.
- Prepare inventory reports and support cost control measures.
- Work closely with procurement, production, and accounts departments.
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock variances.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and inventory management procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA qualification or accounting background will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in hospitality, catering, or food production environments.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using the Odoo system will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity.
