The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, donor relations, and financial reporting within a dynamic nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and reports for institutional donors.
- Support the Investor Relations team in managing donor communications and engagement.
- Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and foundations.
- Help maintain the donor database and track fundraising progress.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials for investors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for One Acre Fund's mission.
Experience
No prior professional experience is required, as this is a trainee position. Internships or volunteer experience in a related field is a plus.
