The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, donor relations, and financial reporting within a dynamic nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and reports for institutional donors.
  • Support the Investor Relations team in managing donor communications and engagement.
  • Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and foundations.
  • Help maintain the donor database and track fundraising progress.
  • Contribute to the development of communication materials for investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for One Acre Fund's mission.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required, as this is a trainee position. Internships or volunteer experience in a related field is a plus.
