The Digital Health Agency (DHA) is a State Corporation established under the Digital Health Act, No. 15 of 2023 with the mandate of developing, operationalizing and maintaining Comprehensive Integrated Health Information System to manage the core digital systems and the infrastructure required for its seamless health information exchange.

The Agency invites applications from interested and eligible firms for registration as suppliers, contractors and consultants for the financial years 2026/2027–2027/2028.

Eligibility:

Interested firms shall provide:

1. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
2. Valid Business Permit.
3. AGPO Certificate (where applicable).
4. Relevant statutory registrations and professional licences for works and consultancy services (where applicable)
5. Company profile
6. Evidence of Supplier registration in the eGP system

Submission of Applications

Interested bidders should complete the supplier registration by filling in the Google Form available through the link provided below. Only applications submitted through the provided Google Form will be considered.

Suppliers already registered by the National Treasury under the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) programme for Youth, Women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are not required to register afresh with the Digital Health Agency (DHA).

However, they are required to submit the prescribed supporting documents to express their interest in doing business with the Agency and to facilitate their inclusion in the DHA supplier database.

Please note that this is a continuous process. Eligible AGPO suppliers may submit their documents at any time, and the list of registered suppliers will be updated on a continuous basis as new applications are received and verified.

Closing Date

Applications should be submitted on or before 26th August, 2026 at 10.00am East African Time.

Late submissions shall not be accepted.
