Provision Of Water Trucking Services - Mandera

Action Against Hunger [ACF] has been operational in the arid and semi-arid lands of Kenya for more than 15 years implementing health and nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene, food security, and livelihoods programs in West Pokot, Isiolo, and Mandera Counties. ACF, seeks to invite interested and eligible organizations/ manufacturers to submit applications for the provision of water trucking services in Kotulo and Arabia Sub-Counties, Mandera County.

Tender documents for the above tender with detailed specifications can be obtained through emailing tenders@ke-actionagainsthunger.org  on or before 12th December, 2022 at I200 Noon. The deadline fQr_submissiQn_of bids will be_on_or_befpre_15th December, 2022 at 05.00PM.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Proof of Company Registration in Kenya.
2. A copy of the audited financial statements for last two years (balance sheet and income statement).
3. Valid business permit
4. Company profile
5. Tax Compliance Certificate /PIN Certificate

INTERESTED BIDDERS MUST BE RESIDENTS OF KOTULO AND ARABIA SUB­COUNTIES, MANDERA COUNTY.

The proposals from bidders shall be submitted in two distinct parts, namely technical proposal and financial proposal and these should be in two separate folders, both of which should then be submitted to ACF through the email: tenders@ke-actionagainsthunger. org not later than 15^th December, 2022 at 05.00PM. ACF shall not permit submission after the said date and time.
