JOB DETAILS:
Budget: 25K-28K Gross
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoices. The ideal candidate will support the sales, finance, and logistics teams by maintaining proper billing records, monitoring credit limits, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Business, Accounting, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable.
Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer focus
