IRRIGATION SENIOR SUPERVISOR (EX-LEWA)** Kikwetu Flowers Limited, a leading player in the floriculture industry, is seeking to recruit a highly competent, results-driven, and experienced Irrigation Senior Supervisor to join our team.

• Report to Production Manager Ex lewa.
• Monitor and safeguard proper irrigation of crop (Avoid over watering and dry areas within area of jurisdiction).
• Plan irrigation cycles together with Production Manager to attain adequate pressure throughout the farm
• Follow fertilizer regimes set by Farm manager and Production manager.
• Supervise measuring and mixing of fertilizers as per fertilizer regime.
• Ensure the correct EC and PH of the stock solution is always maintained.
• Document and file fertigation records on a daily basis
• Maintain high level of hygiene in central fertigation unit.
• Ensure all irrigation and fertigation apparatus are functioning and well maintained.
• Supervise regular flushing of drip lines and specified by Production Manager.
• Supervision of drip line maintenance and alignment on daily basis.
• Supervise regular cleaning of filters and pumps
• Promote team work and ensure disciplinary measures are taken where necessary.
• You will be required to abide by the company’s rules and regulations, failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.

• Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Irrigation Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in irrigation and fertigation management in a horticulture industry.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems such Priva and Galcon, fertigation techniques, and water treatment processes.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
