JUNIOR FOOD & BEVERAGE COST CONTROLLER

(MURANG'A)

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in food and beverage cost control, accounting, or inventory management within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setup.

Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems, including:

*Opera PMS *MC (Material Control) *Micros POS System *SUN Systems

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Strong understanding of food costing, recipe costing, stock control, and variance analysis.

Experience in inventory management, stock taking, and reconciliation of food and beverage items.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
