Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our rapidly expanding global company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Java backend development initiatives across multiple SaaS product projects, demonstrating proficiency in core Java technologies and strong technical communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Java Developers will be empowered to make technical design decisions and optimize system performance to enhance overall product stability and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential technical bottlenecks, adopt best Java development practices, and delivering efficient, maintainable code that supports the scalability of our SaaS platform and drives business growth.
• Independently mentor others in completing development and design work based on product requirements.
• Design and develop architectures based on initial product characteristics and later product evolution;
• Responsible for database design, system design, API interface design, and external system integration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to understand business needs and customer requirements, and work in tandem with frontend, testing, DevOps, and delivery teams to drive end-to-end product development and deployment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Java development experience;
• Strong programming fundamentals, familiar with core technologies such as JVM, caching, distributed architecture, and message queues;
• In-depth understanding of JavaWeb and microservice technologies, such as Spring and Spring Boot;
• Familiar with Spring Cloud, Mybatis, etc. Familiar with mainstream front-end development technologies such as Vue and Bootstrap;
• Good coding habits, familiar with common design patterns and refactoring methods. High self-expectations regarding code quality;
• Ability to independently analyze and solve problems, clear thinking, strong communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
