Your Purpose

The Jewellery and Watch Specialist is reponsible along with the Retail team, to deliver a “Michelin-starred” retail guest experience.

• Deliver a truly unique and unparalleled retail guest experience, through inspirational presentation and storytelling of the products and brands we offer.
• Create one-of-a-kind special moments through immersive education, leading to lasting memories.
• Evoke meaningful purchases by creating affinity to the products and brands on offer.
• Deliver ad-hoc personalized shopping services as required throughout the journey.

Your Journey So Far

• Ability to educate in a motivational style, whilst personalizing your approach to diverse, discerning guests.
• Confidence and eloquence presenting in both intimate and public settings.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury watches stores as certificated specialist is a must.
• Previous experience in luxury / premium retail services could be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Computers. Basic Windows based programs knowledge. Ability to operate office equipment.
• Fluent English. Knowledge of any other European languages is advantageous.

• Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
