Flower Commercial Account Manager
Desired Competences/Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in business related field
- Well Developed and hands on computer skills (especiallyin MS Excel and MS word) with high degree of attention to details and accuracy
- Time conscious
- Able to make prompt and appropriate decisions
- Prossess good verbal and written communication skills
Security Foreman
Desired Competences/Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Security/Criminology or its equivalent
- Must have a KCSE certificate
- Computer literate and prossess and communication, numerical ,problem solving , organizational skills
- Good leadership/ supervisory qualities
Field Supervisor
Desired Competences/Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Must have KCSE certificate
- 2 years experience in a flowers setup with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Flexibility and good decision making ability
CSU Operator
Desired Competences/Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Must have KCSE certificate
- Must have training in IPM level two
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Must have current training and certificate in safe and effective use of pesticides
Fence Foreman
Desired Competences/Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Must have a KCSE certificate
- Professional training experience in security electronic system , perimeter fence and administration
- Sound base knowledge in electronic alarm wire fences
Spray Supervisor
Desired Competences/Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Must have KCSE certificate
- Must have training in IPM level two
- 2 years experience in a similar setup with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Must have good leadership/supervisory qualities
