We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The role will support day- to- day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in critical functions including payroll for a diverse workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Run end-of-period payroll for 300+ employees, including daily rate and piece rate workers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
  • Support the finance team with audits and compliance tasks.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA Part 2 or equivalent certification (completed or in progress).
  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience; experience with high-volume payroll is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
