Junior Accountant – Naivasha
This role is critical in supporting the company’s financial operations and ensuring efficient administration processes that contribute to overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage timely processing of supplier deliveries and payments.
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software, maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Administer and track petty cash usage while preparing and sharing timely reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and arrange supplier and operational payments in line with company procedures.
- Conduct internal audits of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and reporting.
- Prepare and provide ad hoc financial reports to management as needed.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with statutory financial and tax obligations while supporting tax filing processes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Accounting qualification: part- or fully qualified (CPA/ACCA)
- Expertise accounting software systems.
- Previous experience in agriculture is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
