JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Agile Scrum Master to support our Agile teams and help facilitate the Scrum process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their Agile career who have a passion for team collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog organization and prioritization.
- Help identify and remove obstacles impacting team progress.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products/features by monitoring team velocity and sprint progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing Agile best practices.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant similar ICT course
- Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent agile certification
- At least one (1) year prior experience on a similar role with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
