Background

Valentori Group is seeking 3 Junior Construction Project Managers to support the supervision, coordination and execution of ongoing construction, renovation and interior fit-out projects across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day supervision and coordination of project sites.

Monitor workmanship, quality, safety and site cleanliness.

Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.

Track project progress, materials, labour and site requirements.

Prepare regular site progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Identify delays, quality issues and material requirements and escalate them promptly.

Support procurement planning and ensure materials are available when required.

Take measurements and assist with project schedules, cutting lists and site documentation.

Use Zoho Projects and other company systems for project tracking and reporting.

Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines and company standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant construction/site experience is an advantage.

Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.

Good communication, reporting and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.

Willingness to travel and work across different project locations in Kenya.

Strong attention to detail, accountability and problem-solving ability.

We are looking for hands-on, disciplined and highly organized individuals who can take responsibility for site activities, identify problems early and ensure that work is completed to the required quality and standards.
