Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and inventory costs

• Conduct daily spot checks and periodic stock takes

• Spearhead month-end cost control, stock takes, reconciliations, and inventory closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Analyze cost variances and prepare management reports

• Maintain inventory par levels and prevent stock losses

• Review supplier invoices and purchasing documentation

• Support menu engineering, recipe costing, and pricing strategies

• Verify consumption records for events, meal plans, and outlets

• Monitor wastage, spoilage, and operational losses

• Manage cost control system data (recipes, yields, pricing, inventory)

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

• Track daily Cost of Sales (Food, Beverage & Rooms)

• Prepare variance, wastage, and supplier performance reports

• Conduct trend analysis to support decision making

Requirements:

• CPA qualification (Minimum Intermediate Level)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Experience with POS/PMS, inventory, and accounting systems

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
