JOB DETAILS:

• We’re seeking a Junior DevOps & Integration Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the secure, scalable, and seamless delivery of system integrations and deployments for our clients. This dynamic role blends software development, infrastructure operations, client support, and project coordination.
• If you're detail-oriented, technically curious, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of modern software delivery. You’ll be instrumental in integrating client systems, supporting application deployments, resolving technical issues, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Client System Integrations
• Assist in building and maintaining system integrations within client environments.
• Configure APIs, databases, and backend services to ensure smooth interoperability.
• Secure Deployments
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated deployment workflows.
• Participate in application release cycles across staging and production environments.
• Technical & Client Support
• Act as the first line of support for technical issues and client inquiries.
• Triage, document, and resolve bugs in collaboration with engineering and support teams.
• Cross-Team Coordination
• Facilitate communication and task alignment across development, QA, product, and support teams.
• Help track project progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Contribute to internal documentation including deployment processes, integration guides, runbooks, and support logs.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• A strong interest in DevOps, system integration, or infrastructure automation.
• Programming or backend development experience (Python preferred).
• Understanding of web APIs and software deployments.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Proactive mindset with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with shell scripting (Bash) or infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Previous experience in tech support, software development, system administration, or project-based internships.
• Basic understanding of security principles and best practices
