Background

Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring a Junior Food & Beverage Cost Controller.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management
• 1–2 years experience in F&B cost control or inventory management
• Experience using Opera PMS, MC (Material Control), Micros POS & SUN Systems
• Knowledge of food costing, stock control & variance analysis
• Strong Excel and analytical skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
