Purpose of the Role
Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support throughout the consultancy assignment by coordinating interviews, collecting data, conducting research, analyzing information, and preparing project documentation.
Responsibilities or duties
- Coordinate departmental interviews and meetings.
- Collect organizational and HR documentation.
- Review existing job descriptions.
- Support job analysis exercises.
- Compile and clean job evaluation data.
- Conduct desktop salary research and benchmarking.
- Prepare interview summaries and working papers.
- Assist in drafting reports and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Provide logistical support during stakeholder workshops.
- Support quality assurance activities.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Membership with IHRM (Graduate or Associate Member) and in good standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience needed
- 3–4 years' experience in HR consulting or HR operations.
- Exposure to job evaluation, HR analytics, organizational development, or compensation projects will be an added advantage.
