Purpose of the Role

Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support throughout the consultancy assignment by coordinating interviews, collecting data, conducting research, analyzing information, and preparing project documentation.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Coordinate departmental interviews and meetings.
  • Collect organizational and HR documentation.
  • Review existing job descriptions.
  • Support job analysis exercises.
  • Compile and clean job evaluation data.
  • Conduct desktop salary research and benchmarking.
  • Prepare interview summaries and working papers.
  • Assist in drafting reports and presentations.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Provide logistical support during stakeholder workshops.
  • Support quality assurance activities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Membership with IHRM (Graduate or Associate Member) and in good standing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience needed

  • 3–4 years' experience in HR consulting or HR operations.
  • Exposure to job evaluation, HR analytics, organizational development, or compensation projects will be an added advantage.
