Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR help desk inquiries.
  • Respond to employee and client HR queries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
  • Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance processes.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and employee records.
  • Assist in employee relations and disciplinary processes.
  • Support performance management and appraisal activities.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and management documentation.
  • Assist clients with routine HR administration and compliance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and company policies.
  • Support HR audits and documentation reviews.
  • Participate in HR consulting and outsourcing assignments at client sites.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.
  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Membership with IHRM or eligibility for registration.
  • Minimum one year of HR experience or successful internship.
  • Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR consulting is an added advantage.
