Background

Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client in the construction industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) .
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the valuation of work completed and preparation of payment certificates.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records.
• Support procurement processes by preparing tender documents and evaluating quotations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
